We were still using racks identical to this in our big workshops until I last saw them last August or so. Absolutely identical. Maybe there was a set pattern. Now used for GPMG's et-al. Even still in the yellow colour

All of the rifles except for two are Lithgow's. The Lithgow actions are dated 1916, 1919, 1925, 1926, 1927, 1928, 1935 x 2, 1936, 1937, 1940, 1942 and 1953.

Fantastic rack and collection. Great piece of unique history.
Reckon I would leave the rack as is, that's how it left the factory, so to speak.

I think I will leave it as is. Even if I wanted to restore it, I don't have the time at the moment to do a proper job on it.
