    "Authentic CMP" Inland Carbine

    Would this carbine have left the CMPicon equipped as shown in the auction? I've heard they don't ordinarily have slings and oilers. That type sling is not generally accepted as being USGI, and I believe the cast recoil plate may be post war. Nice acceptance stamp too. Maybe the seller isn't implying that the accessories came from the CMP, but he is saying all the parts on the gun did. - Bob
