    1944 M2 Compass

Every once in a while, if a person keeps tabs, you can score a deal on Ebay.

I spotted this WW2 1944 M2 compass made by William Ainsworth and Sons in Denver Colorado in a listing posted up by a secondhand dealer on the East Coast.......with a "buy it now" price of $20.00!!!!! I about broke the keyboard hitting the "buy" button. Usually these are in the range of $100-$150 and are rarely in as good of shape as this one. Another bonus is that this one came with the original felt lined M-19 carrying case which by itself is worth more than $20.
