Not sure, but does it have something to do with the price of oil hitting $119 a barrel, gasoline at $3.29 a gallon and the Koreans won't give us back our own damn garands and carbines? I KNEW I should have voted "None Of The Above" during the last election!

That's a pretty sweet repo. It should be at least worth $250 because of the mis-stamp.

Guys I just don't get it! After so many posts identifying humped parts and still people are falling for this crap! Charlie needs to add this seller to the "list"!

I don't get it either Bill.

You'd think just looking at his auctions a person wouldn't need to enlarge the pictures to see there's a problem
He's a junk seller, but the few carbine parts all just happen to be the holy grail rare parts you can't find

Well, this looks like it might be genuine:

M-1 M1icon Carbine WWII Brown Magazine Bandoleer : World War I / II at GunBroker.com

But if bandoleers are worth that much, I've got several I'll let go for $40.00 to anyone here just because I like you guys. I might even throw in a few stripper clips because I'm such a nice guy.

    Charlie,

I am guessing you already had him on "The List"
Do you notice how on most of the items, the pictures are taken from an angle with just so so lighting. You have to cringe when you see that W mag catch.

I spent some time this morning looking at his feebacks and then picking a few carbine related items to examine more closely. I thought there were some that looked legit. One of the Type 1 bands looked better in the pics - maybe he left it outside to rust a bit? I saw some butt plates that were OK and some that definitely were not. He seems to have quite a mix of carbine items - makes you wonder doesn't it? He even had some handguards and a stock - (((very nice))) to (((excellent)))
