Interesting piece of web gear
I have had this for years and just can not remember what it is for/or what it holds ?
Note there is a belt hook in back - it may have something to do with vehicles ? any
help in identification would be appreciated. RobertAttachment 24790Attachment 24791Attachment 24792Attachment 24793

Looks like the equipment bag for the PRC 77 radio set. I don't know what the US troops called that radio. It was in the early 70's. I think that's the set up on the back. I'm sure that's what the front looked like. The long pouch held the tape antennae and ten foot whip and insulator and goose neck. The little pouch held the ear cup and hand set.

I just did a Google with the writing on the bag and came up with this.
CW-216A/PR / PRC-10 Radio Antenna Bag

Ours was the 25 set. I had forgotten that but it was on the same page as the 10. We changed the name to the 77 set somewhere along the line. I think we also adopted the ALICE clips for attatchment too.
