If anyone followed John Williams' Shadow Stats, true inflation in America is running from 7 to 15%. If PP is holding your funds, they are gaining wealth (interest) at your expense (loss of interest plus devaluation through inflation). Perhaps aa letter from an attorney?

There arae other platforms, Wise being among them, but I wasn't smart enough to effect a transfer.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. A letter from the Museum (the charity) Lawyer just bounced off their thick response armour. We recieved nothing back on that, it was just a constant battle of emails swamping their site that resolved it, but only as we approached the 180 day release date.
Awful company for such things but OK for the run of the mill small buyer/dealer on small amounts.
