I'm looking at a 1950 Tula SKS that has been refurbished. All matching rifle with a force matched stock when it was refurbished. All metal painted black. Transitional rifle with the early features of the non chrome lined barrel and receiver latch with circular hole. Later style angled gas block. KBI import with box, cleaning kit and oil bottle, along with the KBI manual. Still has the warning tag hanging from the trigger guard. Hasn't been fired since it was imported. It's at gun shop and they're asking $500 + tax. Full disclosure, I'm an employee and therefore getting first dibs on it. I just don't want to over pay and be upside down in it. I'm on the fence and can't make up my mind. I have pics on my phone but haven't ever posted pics to a public forum. Thanks in advance for any help on this! Obviously quite conflicted on how to proceed. JoeInformation
