    Colorado Gun Collectors show, rundown.

i was lucky enough to get 1 table, not my usual 4 , but 1 is better then none.
    heres what i observed,
a Fake Hoffer Thompsen 22, with a perfect early stock and handguard.
same seller had a nice A4 with the scope installed sideways,
his wife laughed when i pointed it out to him.
    didnt comment on his 22.
a Rod Bayonet Springfield, made from parts with a too short 05 barrel.
    priced at 11grand,,dayum.
    a real Hoffer 22, priced at 2500.00
    lots of over priced 03,s and most were listed as nice original, or rare ect..nothing under 1200.00{other then the ones on my table}
a Lulias Auction house had a Calv, rifle, on display, i think the stock ect was legit, rifle was not, as the rifle didnt match the lack of wear on the stock,
and a M1917 set up for the Pederson divice.
a nice SC display, on SC and Hi standard rifles, and parts of WW2.
some parts and bits, i didnt get much time to really dig around.
i did pick up some nice parts., a tackle box full of 03 parts, and a new HS 4-44 HS barrel in the wrap. ill have it for sale...
i picked up a NS RIA rifle that was sporterized, but has a nice SA 42 barrel uncut, ill swap the barrel, and give the rifle to my son, and sell the SA42 barrel.
picked up a Norski 1911 pistol as well, that iv been wanting for a while.
all in all a good show, made some money, got a new toy, and met some good people.
Nick Ferris looked in good heath, and stopped by to BS at my table, had a smile on his face, and that was nice to see.
next week is Riverton Wy, hope to have fun, eat well, buy guns, and make some money..
