Paindriven
Best place to find a M1 Garand is CMP Home hands down the cheapest and best place to buy.
I have purchased 6 via the mail (service grade) and have not been disappointed on any of them.
BTW, welcome to the forum, tons of information here.

New Member and Thanx
Hi guys, have surfed here for a wee bit and now the proud owner of a 1905 Ross, so off we go!!!
Historic military arms are quite interesting and I look forward to further educating myself.
Thanx to the moderators at this time for a great site!

Hello All. I'm a 41 year young Vet, gun fanatic and collector. I have been doing work on Mausers since 1986. My first rifle was a 1892 Winchester 44-40 when I was 8 years old. Now I like vintage sniper rifles. My favorites are an Enfield No.4 (T) -but no original scope yet due to cost...-, also an Israeli K98 in 7.62, and a Finnish M39 B barrel with PEM scope one hex receiver mount. I promise pictures and range reports also.

Greetings all. I've been on CGN for a while and may have already talked to or traded with some of you. Over the years many milsurps have come and gone but I usually can't resist buying more! Regards, N.

New member introduction
I am bilfen from Texas and a WW2 Navy vet. I have recently been given a Lee Enfield No.4 Mk2 (F) rifle in sad shape. I have cleaned it up and am learning how to care for it. I haven't fired it as yet but plan to do that soon. The friend who gave it to me tells me that he has hunted deer with it, so it can't have been in too bad shape (I hope).
