I think that second cartouche might be RA-P.

I bought a 1903 National Match barreled receiver dated 1920 3 years ago. Been looking for a DAL stock ever since.
Pretty sure I did okay. Just waiting for a few of the masters to chime in.
The stock appears to be in well-used condition. But at $200, you did o.k.
