Even after thinking it out several times I was hesitant, not knowing some unique engineering method would mess up a very difficult item to replace if I wasn't cautious. I thank you for your alway continued advice and assistance.

Jim - or anyone have experience drilling a standard takedown pin to convert to the earlier one with divot or dimple?

Those are hard so stand by...and a lathe would work best too.
